For example, measure the clicks on referral links, create baselines and monitor › Build relationships with other key organisations: This can help you assess what the need is for referrals, explore opportunities for cross-referrals and gain insights on the results of current referrals. For example, it could be including a question in the registration form of the service provider, asking whether this person is referred from your digital platform. › Gather data on (experience of) actual referrals through individual in-depth interviews with users who were referred to a service provider or surveys among users. › Monitor feedback you receive from youth and stay informed on the developments of key organisations you-want to- refer (be aware of any changes in organisations or context factors that can affect your referrals) |
