What is OLA?
Our Online Learning Academy (OLA) is the digital home for our roadmap modules (and much more!). OLA is a fun and safe learning environment which combines tools and methods to create interactive and inspiring courses where our learning-by-doing approach is integrated.

How does our online training look like?
We provide a range of online training models including:
- Trainer-led, interactive online training sessions
- Participant-led models that can take the form of multimedia toolkits or independent e-learning journeys
- One-to-one or group coaching sessions with trainer and/or subject matter expert
- Facilitating peer-to-peer coaching online
- Online learning events and conferences
How does OLA fit in and what is its purpose?
We see our Online Learning Academy as the space for interactive, immersive, and practical learn-by-doing training online. We use a learner-centered approach in which training consists of 40% theoretical input, 30% discovery through practical assignments and 30% focusing on the participant’s own context and world of work.
OLA can serve as the main location of multimedia toolkits and/or self-directed training but it can also complement trainer-led courses and activities. In either scenario, OLA provides a variety of content and exercises that are designed to stimulate distance learning.
