Phase 3.2: Feedback Loop

After the learning solution has been implemented a reasonable amount of times, we start the Feedback Loop process. It consists of gathering and discussing relevant data about the implementation to inform a new iteration of the learning solution.

The product owner is in charge of coordinating the feedback loop. The steps to organise it include:

  1. Send an invite for a 2-hour meeting to the relevant parties: other learning designers, trainer coordinator, and learning coordinator(s) that were in charge of the implementation(s)
  2. Ask the trainer coordinator to prepare a summary of the trainer feedback
  3. Ask the learning experience coordinator(s) to prepare a summary of the participant feedback
  4. Review the final assignments of participants to note weak and strong points

After the session, implement the changes to the material, write a one-pager summarising the changes and record it in the Solutions Registry in Zoho CRM.
