Pre-Course Letter | It serves to introduce the training, its logistical information and tools. It introduces the who, what, where, when, why and how of the training. It provides all relevant links and login details to online platforms that will be used as well as instructions for how to use these tools. |
At a Glance Session Plans | The plan for what will be delivered in the workshop by the facilitator including which tools s/he will use. |
WhatsApp/WeChat Group | A chat group is formed to facilitate collegiality and informal communication between participants and trainers. |
OLA Login Details | It gives the participants access to the course content & forum on the Online Learning Academy. |
Assignments | Communicated on all channels and included in either OLA or Google Drive. |
| Post-Course Survey | Did the course meet the expectations of the participant? Do they have feedback to the trainer or on the process? The survey may also identify needs for coaching or follow up. It can also be followed by a 6-month impact assessment. Sent via email to participants. |
