We believe that one-off training events are not enough to transfer skills and create the behaviour change in the organisations it trains. This is because participants must apply their new knowledge, skills and attitudes to their world of work. Problems will occur and the natural response will be to revert to old and reliable ways of doing things. It is at this juncture that coaching, mentoring and guidance is needed.
